I really enjoy this product. It not only served the need that I had, but it did so without the grit that I find in most other fibers. I used it in spaghetti sauce, jello, coffee, etc. It blended in so perfectly that I didn't know that it was even there. Definitely a must buy, but the price for only 17 days was a little prohibitive.
